Alycia Debnam Carey is an Australian actor, best known as the actress in Fear the Walking Dead. Sydney-born Alycia began her acting career when she was just eight years old. The first time she appeared in her role was the feature film Martha s New Coat . Her debut on TV as a character in the episode of McLeod's daughter. She had a prominent role as a character in the Sci-fi TV series The 100. The show was based on the same book. She played the part of Commander Lexa - a strong leader that ruled twelve clans. Following her appearance on Fear the Walking Dead (a horror-drama TV show) it made her more popular. The show has been highly praised by critics, as well as receiving numerous accolades. Jigsaw Girl as well as The Branch are other films that she has appeared. Her debut feature film was the disaster film Into the Storm, which featured found footage. It did very well commercially, even though the reviews were mostly negative.
