Andrea Anders
Anders is a native of Madison, Wisconsin. She was born in DeForest but is currently in Los Angeles. In 1993 she completed her graduation from DeForest Area High school in DeForest Wisconsin. She earned the Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point in 1997. In 2001, she received a Master of Fine Arts from Rutgers University. Anders was with Matt LeBlanc from 2006 until 2015. The two met on the sets of Joey the sitcom that was cancelled. Sean Anders directs her (Sex Drive, Never Thawed). Anders' career began with the stage in the year 2001. In the Broadway production Proof, she was Mary Louise Parker's sub-study. Later in The Graduate, Anders played Elaine Robinson. On the Jump was her debut appearance on The Arena Stage. New Doors occurred in Guthrie Theater. Guthrie Theater. Two New York Stage & Film productions: Cold/Tender and New World Rhapsody were also created by New York Stage & Film. Anders made her debut in Fat Pig, a Geffen Playhouse production. Fat Pig was closed by July 1st, 2007. The character she played was Jeannie who was an accountant. Anders was first discovered on TV in the commercial for Dannon that aired in 2006, and then again in the 1990s. Anders Most well-known role is Nicole Allen, a former wife of a footballer as in The Class and Joey as Alex Garrett (a lawyer). She was on each episode of both series, however neither of them was renewed. Anders' guest appearances include One Life to Live (as Donna Degenhart), Law & Order (as Heather), The Guiding Light as well as Tru Calling. She appeared in five episodes of the HBO Drama series Oz as Donna Degenhart in 2003, and made a minor appearance in the movie The Stepford Wives, playing her character Heather, and the film Sex Drive as Brandy. Anders appeared on Numb3rs that aired in 2008. Anders has also appeared in two unsuccessful television pilots. The pilots were Spellbound as well as News To Me. Anders was cast most recently for Better Off Ted. It is an ABC single-camera comedy about the work-related environment, created by Victor Fresco.
